Independent professional services company, Turner & Townsend, has taken space at Atria One in Edinburgh’s Exchange district. The firm, who specialise in programme, project, cost and commercial management, is leasing 5,800 sq ft of second floor Grade A office accommodation on a ten year lease.
Turner & Townsend, which has been operational for more than 70 years and employs over 5,000 people across 108 offices worldwide, is relocating from its premises on Osbourne Terrace in the city and requires a larger office due to business expansion.
Atria One is a landmark Grade A office development located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange District, the leading business and financial area, benefitting from a wide range of transport links and shops and leisure amenities in close proximity.
It is home to a variety of successful organisations including PwC, EY, IBM, Brewin Dolphin, The Law Society of Scotland and The Co-operative Food.
