Scotmid secures new occupier for Newbridge offices

6th September 2017

On behalf of Scotmid, joint letting agents Ryden and Cushman & Wakefield are delighted to announce the arrival of Brymec Ltd to Rosewell House, Connect Business Park, Newbridge.

Advised by Eric Young & Co, Brymec, a leading component supplier to the UK’s building services sector, will relocate from their existing Broxburn premises to the 2nd floor East suite at Rosewell House extending to 122 sq m (1,309 sq ft).

Iain Taylor, associate at Ryden commented: "We are pleased to welcome Brymec to Rosewell House and look forward to seeing the building fully occupied once again with only one suite remaining available."

The letting to Brymec brings occupancy in the building back up to 87% with only one suite of 245 sq m (2,634 sq ft) remaining available with potential to sub-divide to create two smaller suites to accommodate smaller occupier requirements.  Other occupiers in the building include RSP Consulting Engineers, Clark Contracts and Exova.
