Ryden’s annual accounts showed significant regional growth in England up by 41% to £2.8m, with the English offices providing 20% of the firm’s total turnover. The property management business in England now accounts for just under half of the firm’s management income.
Lasy year the opening of a new office in Manchester represented a further step of a strategy for growth across England. Ryden is expected to increase the firm’s overall business in England by in excess of 30% in the next five years.
