Property agent Ryden has announced six promotions across its UK offices, including a new partner in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
Industrial specialist Alan Herriot joined Ryden in 1998 as a trainee and moves up from associate to partner. Alan is a regular winner of the Estates Gazette Most Active Deal Maker in Edinburgh title.
Promoted from senior planning consultant to associate are Claire Coutts and Michael Lorimer; both are based in the firm’s Consulting team in Aberdeen.
The expanding Project & Building Consultancy team has promoted senior surveyor Rob Pearson (Edinburgh) to associate and Charlotte Pinfold (Leeds) from surveyor to senior surveyor.
Edinburgh Property Management team member Andrew Trumper was also promoted from surveyor to senior surveyor.
Commenting on the promotions, Bill Duguid, managing partner of Ryden, said: “I am proud to reward the hard work and results achieved by these outstanding individuals after an encouraging year for Ryden, where early indications show a strong year despite challenging economic factors.”
“In our most recent client survey, 100% of clients said they were happy or very happy with our service and we are committed to retaining and developing our people so that we can maintain these high standards.”
