Ryden named top agent in Scotland

3rd March 2017

Ryden is celebrating after being named Industrial Agency Team of the Year at the 4th annual Scottish Property Awards hosted in Edinburgh and then within days being named Scotland's Most Active Agent by EGi.

The Scottish Property Awards event recognises the best buildings, businesses and teams in the commercial property sector, and was attended by over 700 people. Ryden beat rivals Colliers International, JLL and Savills to take home the Industrial award.

EGi's Annual Deals Competition reflects an analysis of the total number of commercial property transactions completed in Scotland in the previous year. The 2016 results named Ryden the Most Active Agent in Scotland for the 15th time. The firm also scooped the Scottish titles for Most Active Office, Industrial and Investment Agent.

Accepting the Scottish Property Award, Industrial Agency Partner Paul Richardson said: “All of the Ryden industrial agency team members are delighted to win this award. It is a great reflection of the hard work that the agents and support staff across all our offices have put in over the past 12 months, despite some tough market conditions.”

Bill Duguid, Managing Partner of Ryden, added: "What a fantastic few days for Ryden!  Achievements such as these reflect the hard work our agency teams put in and the great results they achieve for our clients.”
