Ryden is celebrating after being named Scotland's Most Active Agent by EGi.
EGi's Annual Deals Competition reflects an analysis of the total number of commercial property transactions completed in Scotland in the previous year. The 2017 results named Ryden the Most Active Agent in Scotland for the 16th time. The firm also scooped the Scottish titles for Most Active Office, Industrial and Investment Agent.
Ryden's highlights of 2017 include being involved in some of the largest office lettings in Scotland at Atlantic Quay and St Vincent Plaza in Glasgow, Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral and The Capitol building in Aberdeen. The firm's industrial team transacted close to 2m sq ft in the 12-month period.
