Ryden Advises on the Purchase of a Prime Multi-let Industrial Asset in Sighthill, Edinburgh

Acting on behalf of Westerwood Properties, Ryden has advised on the purchase of 8 Bankhead Crossway North, Sighthill Industrial Estate, Edinburgh from Vardy Property Group for £3.00m reflecting a net initial yield of 5.31%.

The property, a prime multi-let industrial and trade counter asset, extends to 18,204 sq ft over three units. It is fully let to Thornbridge Timber, Ashley Ann and Young Spirits.    

The estate was developed in 2018 by Vardy Property Group. Following demolition, modern and flexible space was created, including trade counter frontage, distribution warehouse and secure yard which attracted strong tenant interest.
