Office take-up increases on the outskirts of Edinburgh’s city centre as Ryden announces four new lettings at Roddinglaw Business Park near Edinburgh International Airport.
The property consultancy secured new leases with Wardman UK Limited, Evolution Security, JL Com and WR Smartphone Ltd all of which were secured on five to ten year leases at rents of £12 per sq ft. Office sizes ranged from 101 sq m (1,091 sq ft) to 205 sq m (2,210 sq ft).
Roddinglaw is a former dairy farm converted into a high quality business centre comprising self-contained office buildings in a courtyard setting within an attractive countryside location. Following these latest deals, the business park is almost fully let, with only two suites remaining.
