Acting on behalf of the National Trust for Scotland, Ryden has let the first floor of 5 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh to RDF Group.
The new tenant, which offers a complete portfolio of IT services, including software development, testing, support and maintenance and IT resourcing throughout the UK, has taken the 119 sq m (1,276 sq ft) first floor on a five-year FRI lease at £22,500 per annum.
RDF Group joins nearby occupiers including Dickson Minto WS, Murray Beith Murray, Allied Irish Bank and Cornelian.
Finlay Miller, graduate surveyor at Ryden, commented: “This traditional mid-terrace townhouse offers an attractive working environment and is situated on what is regarded by many as one of the prime streets in central Edinburgh. We are currently marketing one other suite of 34 sq m (376 sq ft) within the building and we look forward to announcing a new tenancy for this space soon.”
Donald Macniven, regional director at RDF Group, said: “RDF Group is delighted to have moved to Charlotte Square and would like to thank everyone at Ryden, Lindsays and the National Trust for Scotland for their help and co-operation in making this move a success.”
