Picton Property Income has let a total of 6,322 sq ft of offices in five lettings at Queen’s House, St Vincent Place, Glasgow.
The occupiers are Layer Systems, TNEI Systems, Woods Associate Surveyors, Intelligent Office and The Napiershall Formula.
Picton has completed a rolling three-month refurbishment programme of the common parts and renovated three suites to incorporate double height exposed ceilings and feature lighting.
Approximately 10,000 sq ft remains available within Queen’s House in suites from 1,000 sq ft upwards, with quoting rents ranging from between £10 - £13.50 per sq ft,
