Noble relocates to Stratus Building at ABZ Business Park in Aberdeen

2nd October 2018

An Aberdeen-based subsidiary of global drilling company Noble is relocating from Farburn Industrial Estate, Dyce, to the Stratus Building at ABZ Business Park, owned by GSS Developments.

Noble is set to occupy the whole building, a three storey Grade A office accommodation which occupies a regularly shaped, prominent site and fronts International Avenue, the main estate road at ABZ Business Park. In total, the company has taken over 16,591sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Arron Finnie, Partner at Ryden, commented on the deal: “We’re delighted to welcome Noble to the Stratus Building at ABZ Industrial Park. This high-quality office building will provide them with the best work environment, including 63 dedicated car parking spaces and great transports links to the city centre and Aberdeen Airport.”

Ryden acted on behalf of Stratus owner GSS Developments, whilst Savills represented Noble Drilling (Land Support).
