28th September 2016

JW Muir Property Investments, represented by Ryden and Mckenzie Pollock, has announced that ESH Construction and WGM Engineering have signed up to take space within their Fairways Business Park office development in Livingston.  The latest deals see the business park achieve 85% occupancy.

ESH Construction has taken the first floor of Unit 3 Deer Park Avenue which extends to 260 sq m (2,800 sq ft) plus 16 car parking spaces, whilst WGM has taken the 320 sq m (3,440 sq ft) ground floor of 9 Deer Park Avenue and 22 car parking spaces.

John Muir, Chairman of The Muir Group, stated: “We are delighted to continue to attract high quality occupiers within our business park.  We strive to understand our occupier needs and with the recent investments undertaken to include the upgrading of the Golf & Country Club, high speed data link (Blink), together with the business park's excellent connections via the M8 motorway, makes Fairways an ideal location for business.”

Peter I’Anson, Partner at Ryden, added: “Following these latest transactions we now only have four suites remaining, ranging from 149 sq m to 494 sq m (1,600 sq ft to 5,321 sq ft), and we already have interest in these suites.”
