On behalf of CBRE Global Investors, Ryden has signed up the UK’s leading utility service provider for Unit 3 Portlethen Industrial Estate, Aberdeen.
Morrison Utility has taken the 307 sq m (3,301 sq ft) unit on a five-year lease at a rent of £27,500 per annum and was particularly attracted to the unit due the excellent condition of the premises as well as its close proximity to the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route.
The deal follows on from Ryden securing a five-year lease extension with Lyreco for Unit 9.
Morrison Utility joins other nearby occupiers including Baker Hughes, Clark & Rose, MacIntosh Donald, Flexistore and Volvo Truck & Bus Centre.
Matthew Moggach at Ryden commented: “Following this latest deal, we now only have two units available to let at the well-established industrial park. These units have been extensively refurbished, present extremely well and offer immediate occupation. Recent enquiries have been positive and we hope to be announcing full occupancy at the estate soon.”
