Gecko Labs snaps up Edinburgh new office space

Data capture firm Gecko Labs has taken up new office space in Edinburgh in a deal brokered by joint agents Ryden and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

The company has agreed a five-year lease on 2,623 sq ft of basement space at 116 Dundas Street at £12 psf.

Gecko Labs, which works with major universities and colleges to provide cutting edge data capture solutions, is re-locating its Edinburgh headquarters from Shandwick Place to Dundas Street. The company also has offices in both London and New York.

Ryden and LSH represented the landlord Millard Estates, while FT Linden acted on behalf of the tenant.
