Full occupancy at Scotmid’s Rosewell House in Newbridge, Edinburgh

On behalf of Scotmid, joint letting agents Ryden and Cushman & Wakefield are delighted to announce the arrival of two new occupiers to Rosewell House, Connect Business Park, Newbridge, Edinburgh taking the 20,000 sq ft office building up to full occupancy once again. 

Mechanical and electrical engineering contractor, King & Moffatt, have taken a new lease on a 1,332 sq ft ground floor suite alongside reverse vending machine manufacturer, Envipco, who have taken the remaining 1,296 sq ft ground floor suite.
