The 27,000 sq ft facility which was previously occupied by CGD Binders, has been sub-divided into 10 modern industrial / workshop units ranging from c.2,000 - 4,500 sq ft.
The building now benefits from new insulated walls and roof with each unit having an electric up and over vehicle door, tea prep and WC. Along with a re surfaced communal yard / parking area.
