Exterity, the global market leading provider of IPTV communication solutions, has signed up for c.13,000 sq ft of office and production space at St David’s Business Park, Dalgety Bay, Fife.
Property consultant Ryden secured the letting on behalf of Exterity agreeing a five-year lease at £6 per sq ft. The deal includes 50 car parking spaces and sees the firm relocate its headquarters from Hillend Industrial Park in Dalgety Bay.
Ryden’s Project & Building Consultancy experts advised Exterity on the bespoke fit-out of their new office space.
