Exterity relocates Fife HQ

6th July 2015

Exterity, the global market leading provider of IPTV communication solutions, has signed up for c.13,000 sq ft of office and production space at St David’s Business Park, Dalgety Bay, Fife.

Property consultant Ryden secured the letting on behalf of Exterity agreeing a five-year lease at £6 per sq ft.  The deal includes 50 car parking spaces and sees the firm relocate its headquarters from Hillend Industrial Park in Dalgety Bay.

Ryden’s Project & Building Consultancy experts advised Exterity on the bespoke fit-out of their new office space.

Peter I'Anson, Agency Partner at Ryden, stated: “Exterity required larger office space ready for immediate occupation and our client was happy that we quickly found the ideal space to meet their needs.  We worked closely with Exterity, and their solicitor Shepherd & Wedderburn, to negotiate the right lease terms and supervised the fit out to ensure seamless occupation.”

Exterity is headquartered in Scotland, with offices across Europe, America and Asia. It has achieved growth in excess of 240% over the last five years.

The Landlord was represented by Andrew Reilly Associates.
