Ryden and CKD Galbraith have signed up eVestment as the latest tenant to take space at their client’s attractive courtyard office development at Silvermills Court, Henderson Place Lane, Edinburgh. eVestment is a leading global institutional investment data and analytics company.
Acting on behalf of Buccleuch Property, the joint agents agreed a new five-year lease with eVestment for the recently refurbished 1,693 sq ft ground floor office.
Iain Taylor, associate at Ryden, comments: “Reacting to the present buoyant market for small, open-plan office accommodation, our client took the bold approach of negotiating an early expiry of the previous lease on the office which was surplus to the previous tenant’s requirements. Following this, Buccleuch Property undertook a refurbishment project to deliver good quality space ready for re-letting. This resulted in early success with eVestment signing up just after the refurbishment was complete.”
Iain added: “Additional refurbished space from 1,167 – 2,417 sq ft is now available and given the buoyancy in this market we expect to announce further lettings shortly.”
