Screwfix and Howdens Joinery have agreed to pre-let the majority of the second phase of Inchwood Park at Bathgate, one of the latest industrial developments by J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) Plc. Ryden and Colliers International are joint letting agents at the park.
Phase 1, extending to 19,200 sq ft, has recently become fully let with tenants including Ross Electrical, Danwood, Robbie Fluid Engineering and Dunedin Canmore.
Phase 2 of the development is now on site with Block C being 75% (7,200 sq ft) pre-let by Howden Joinery and Block D being 50% (4,800 sq ft) pre-let to Screwfix. Phase 2 benefits from Use Classes 4, 5 and 6 consent.
Three additional units, ranging from 2,400 to 4,800 sq ft, will be available towards the end of 2017.

Phase 3, extending to approximately 9,600 sq ft, has not yet been built but J. Smart & Co. would commit to develop the final phase if further pre-lets were achieved.”
