Buoyant industrial market in Leeds sees Enterprise Park fully let

13th January 2015

Ryden today announced that Enterprise Park, Beeston, Leeds is now 100% occupied after specialist spray painter Marc Parker took the final 1,903 sq ft unit.

Acting for landlord Industrious, Ryden secured a five-year lease at a rental of £9,039 per annum. The new tenant joins existing occupiers including Nigel Reeks, Fibernet, IVSE and Final Drive Auto Care.

Jake Pygall, letting agent at Ryden, commented: “Enterprise Park was last fully let in 2011 and therefore our client is delighted that we have been able to achieve full occupancy.  Part of the success is down to Industrious’ flexible ‘easy in-easy out’ leases, as well as the excellent value of the units and their close location to the city centre and motorway.”

Jake added: “The Industrial market in Leeds is proving to be extremely buoyant with a number of estates now fully let or close to maximum occupancy.  Ryden is currently experiencing a high number of enquiries for industrial space in the city and the surrounding areas and more supply is required in order to service this high demand.”

Marc Parker was unrepresented in the deal.
