Acquisition of Caldene Business Park

A business park in the Calder Valley has been bought for £4.7m, representing a yield of 9.53%.

With Ryden acting, Caldene Business Park in Mytholmroyd was acquired by newly established fund  

The former Caldene Clothing Company (Calderdale) site on the A646 Yorkshire to Lancashire trunk road extends to approximately 3.5 acres and comprises 23 modern light industrial and warehouse units.

Tenants at the 78,825 sq ft park - which has only 1000 sq ft available - include SGL Carbon Fibres Ltd, Nobilia GB Ltd and Stokers Ltd.

Eddisons acted for the private purchaser.
