A business park in the Calder Valley has been bought for £4.7m, representing a yield of 9.53%.
The former Caldene Clothing Company (Calderdale) site on the A646 Yorkshire to Lancashire trunk road extends to approximately 3.5 acres and comprises 23 modern light industrial and warehouse units.
Tenants at the 78,825 sq ft park - which has only 1000 sq ft available - include SGL Carbon Fibres Ltd, Nobilia GB Ltd and Stokers Ltd.
Mathew Edwards, Regional Managing Partner of Ryden said: "Caldene Business Park provides well located, good quality space and represents our fourth industrial estate acquisition on behalf of Industrials.co.uk. This latest deal is a further step for Industrials.co.uk towards building its planned £500m industrial portfolio in the UK and we will manage the estate going forward.”
Eddisons acted for the private purchaser.
