22 Great King Street in Edinburgh fully let

15th December 2014

Ryden has let two office suites at 22 Great King Street in Edinburgh, resulting in 100% occupancy of the Georgian Category A listed townhouse building following a refurbishment at the end of the summer.

Shulenburg Capital, which offers consultancy to Brokers, Institutional Investors and Financial Institutions, took 66 sq m (710 sq ft) on the 2nd floor on a three-year lease at £12 psf. The remaining 80 sq m (864 sq ft) on the 3rd floor was let to Premair Networks Limited, on similar terms, who expanded from office premises on Walker Street in Edinburgh’s West End.

The new occupiers join Jet Logic, Edinkillie Sport Services and Grange Communications at the 418 sq m (4,499 sq ft) office; all of which were secured by Ryden within the last 18 months.

Cameron Whyte, letting agent at Ryden, commented: “We worked closely with our client on the refurbishment of the office suites and following completion last summer interest was generated quickly. These final two lettings bring the property to fully let status for the first time since the property was previously owner-occupied.”
