The engineering consultancy has taken 11,844 sq ft of Grade A open plan office space on a 10-year lease and is relocating from its current office in Westpoint, South Gyle.
The letting follows a period of extensive refurbishment at the property to provide high quality, Grade A office accommodation throughout, together with a comprehensive upgrade of the common areas, including the striking full height reception atrium.
Two floors remain available in The Cornerstone Building following the Blyth & Blyth deal, each extending to 11,500 sq ft.
The Cornerstone Building is situated in South Gyle Business Park, Edinburgh’s premier business park location. Ryden, together with CBRE, is also marketing another building at the park, Broadstone, comprising 35,000 sq ft, and is seeking a single tenant for occupation.
