On behalf of landlord Eastern Properties (Scotland) Ltd, Ryden has signed up new law firm Clancy Hendrie at Murrayburgh House, 17 Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh. This latest deal brings the building back to full occupancy.
Clancy Hendrie, which specialises in residential conveyancing, estate agency, commercial property and the growing equity release market, has taken the 168 sq m (1,814 sq ft) 2nd floor suite on a 10-year lease at £12 per sq ft. The space was recently refurbished to provide good quality open-plan accommodation and enjoys good views towards Murrayfield Stadium.
