On behalf of landlord Eastern Properties (Scotland) Ltd, Ryden has signed up new law firm Clancy Hendrie at Murrayburgh House, 17 Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh.  This latest deal brings the building back to full occupancy.

Clancy Hendrie, which specialises in residential conveyancing, estate agency, commercial property and the growing equity release market, has taken the 168 sq m (1,814 sq ft) 2nd floor suite on a 10-year lease at £12 per sq ft.  The space was recently refurbished to provide good quality open-plan accommodation and enjoys good views towards Murrayfield Stadium.

Iain Taylor, associate at Ryden, said: “The general trend towards good quality open-plan accommodation continues and we are pleased to successfully let this suite swiftly after the completion of our client’s refurbishment project.”

Mark Hendrie from Clancy Hendrie added: “The office feels like a great find as it's spacious, has great views and the team love it."

New legal brand Clancy Hendrie officially launched w/c 11th July 2016 and brings together a long serving sole practitioner, Paul Clancy, and a team headed by Mark Hendrie, formerly of Boyd Legal.

Ryden and Montagu Evans act as joint letting agents at Murrayburgh House on behalf of Eastern Properties.
