At the end of 2014 we asked a sample of the clients we had worked with over the year for their feedback on how well we had performed for them, or if there were any areas we could improve upon.

Being a local firm, we pride ourselves on giving clients a personal service with direct access to our senior staff, so I was fairly confident that we would get some positive feedback. But even with that in mind I was delighted to see the results.

94% said Ryden’s service met their expectations well or very well (which is all very well) but bolstered even further by the fact that 90% consider our service good or very good value for money.

Most pleasing to me was that 100% said they were happy or very happy with the competency of the Ryden staff who worked on their project.  Our staff retention through the recession is something I keep repeating when I’m telling people about our firm and what makes us different to the bigger corporates, but this feedback shows how that consistency has really paid off for our clients too.

Our clients told us our strengths - local market knowledge, good client communications and a real team effort - and where we could do more - grow our property management and residential development teams. Both areas we are actively looking at for 2015.
