On behalf of Telereal Trillium, Ryden and Shepherd Commercial have concluded a lease surrender of their client’s office space at Wallace House, Maxwell Place, Stirling.

The lease surrender includes new interest from Medpace UK, a full-service global clinical research organisation.  The new tenant has taken the upper ground and first floor, extending to c. 12,000 sq ft., on a 10-year lease at £12 per sq ft.

Medpace, which is undertaking a full refurbishment of the open plan office space, joins existing occupiers including Forth Housing Association, Dyslexia Scotland and Sue Ryder at the five-storey Wallace House.

Peter I’Anson, partner at Ryden who handled the deals, commented: “Medpace is a fantastic addition to Wallace House and I was pleased to structure a transaction that allowed both the landlord and the existing tenant to move forward successfully.”

The landlord, Falkirk-based Bellair (Scotland) Ltd, was represented by Smolka Strachan. Medpace was represented by London-based Stoneway Real Estate Limited.
