Getting Ready to Reoccupy Multi-Occupied Buildings

18 June 2020

Ryden's Property and Facilities Management teams have recently undertaken risk assessments of multi-occupied buildings. They are currently ensuring that they meet the Government guidelines to allow for safe return to buildings at Phase 3.

Our property and facilities managers are engaging with tenants and providing risk assessments and advice for common areas. Installation of sanitisers, signage and protocols for occupation are also being actioned across all managed sites.

Many occupiers will continue to follow Government advice and work from home where possible. However, it is Ryden's priority to ensure that those returning to their work environments do so with the confidence that all social distancing and hygiene measures have been implemented and protocols for occupation are clearly conveyed.

With a management team of over 20 across Scotland and England, at Ryden we do more than make your buildings run efficiently. They work with our agency and investment teams to bring you ideas on how to improve returns and keep costs down.

Our team also provides all the usual services you expect from a good management service, including: Rent collection, credit control, service charge reconciliation, tenant liaison, building repairs, dilapidations and insurance requirements.
