Advised Oaktree/Patrizia on the acquisition of Hillington Park which comprises c. 2,002,087 sq ft of industrial and office accommodation with 27.5 hectares of development land, producing a rent roll of £9.5m per annum.

Ryden's industrial agency and investment teams worked closely to provide in depth market research to assist with the purchase of the Hillington estate. This included the collection, collation and analysis of data for a 10 year period to reveal trends in supply and demand and to assist with future forecasting of demand and likely completing supply. Market transactions were analysed along with a review of the existing tenants and their likely future needs.
