- Conduct monthly vacant property inspections to comply with insurance requirements and provide quotes for remedial works following inspection to ensure the building remains wind and watertight and is secure.
- Conduct statutory audits to ensure full compliance with legislation.
- Maintain and test equipment to ensure it is all in full working order.
- Provide fortnightly update reports to the client on any issues found which will affect the integrity and insurance requirements of the building.
