- Searched the office market and prepared a shortlist of suitable properties following inspections.
- Assessed the liabilities attached to the client's existing leases, including exit costs, dilapidations and marketability.
- Conducted development monitoring to ensure the development was completed in accordance with plans and specifications attaching to the agreement for lease.
- Project managed the tenant's fit out.

- Carried out development monitoring of the entire development and project managed the tenant’s £5 million fit out.
- Disposed of Baillie Gifford’s existing offices.
- Provided development consultancy advice to Pillar Properties.
- Acted as joint funding agent in the forward sale to Matrix for c. £65 million.
