  • Secured a pre-let of a 3,164 sq m self-contained office building and 15 car parking spaces to beCogent Ltd for £16.50 per sq ft plus car parking. This was the largest office letting in Glasgow of that year.
  • Act as property managers for the refurbished building.

Medius Building
Property: Medius Building, Glasgow
2,323 sq m new-build office
Client: Pacific Property Partners LLP
  • Sold the entire building, which is in Glasgow’s Pacific Quay ‘Digital Media Quarter’, to BiP Solutions for owner-occupation.
  • Achieved a price of £4.8 million. This was the largest office disposal in Glasgow of that year.

220 St Vincent Street
Property: 220 St Vincent Street, Glasgow

Client: ING Real Estate
  • Advised on the specification for the comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
  • Marketed the space during the refurbishment and when it was complete.
  • Secured lettings to Cigna Life Insurance, Hiscox Insurance and Towry Law.
  • Sold the building to Protego for £6 million.
  • Retained to market the final available floor and act as property managers.


Excelsior Park

  • Let the unit to F&P Wholesale who supply heating, plumbing and bathroom products to the trade.
  • Achieved £5.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
  • Promoted the golden contract incentives resulting from the Park's former classification as an Enterprise Zone and attracted the Leicester-based tenant to select this location for its first Scottish outlet.
