Lorna leads Ryden's rates team in Aberdeen covering a wide geographical area; Grampian, Tayside and Angus, Highlands and Islands.
She has over 30 years’ experience of lodging and negotiating rating appeals and providing advice in respect of all types of commercial properties including, industrial, office, licensed premises, retail, sites, quarries, wind turbines, telecommunications, local authority assets, ie sports centres, schools, community centres, residential homes, halls and museums.
Prior to focusing purely on rating, Lorna handled valuation and rent review work for a variety of private and public sector clients.
