Site for Sale

Ryden has won the instruction from NHS Lothian to sell the last remaining site at the old Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh. The 0.237 acre site is at the southern end of Chalmers Street (to the west of the Royal Infirmary) overlooking the Meadows. It is currently a commercial car park and is likely to be sold for residential flatted development. Property expert Roy Durie estimates it could sell for around £4 million.
