First Letting at “Excellent” Clarion

Chartis UK Limited (formerly AIG) has been signed up as the first tenant at the new office development, Clarion, at 29 Wellington Street, Glasgow, within only two months of the building’s practical completion.  

Chartis, a leading global player in the Insurance and Financial Services sector, is taking 8,209 sq ft on the fourth floor on a 10-year lease at £210,725 pa.

The development, which achieved an “Excellent” BREEAM rating and a B rated Energy Performance Certificate, is located in the heart of Glasgow city centre.  It provides a total of 76,650 sq ft of striking Grade A office accommodation over 10 floors, from 4,716 to 8,214 sq ft, with basement car parking.
