Former Strathaird Salmon Site Brought to Market

Ryden has been appointed to market the former Strathaird Salmon site on Longman Drive in Inverness.
The property has been vacant since August 2009, when production was transferred to Fraserburgh. It has been placed on the market for sale subject to ground leases.
The total site extends to 4.86 acres (1.97 hectares) and includes four buildings, previously used for food production and offices, extending 56,500 sq ft (5,249 sq m). It is currently the largest available industrial site on the market within the Longman Industrial Estate.
