  • Let the entire four floors of the building to Tesco Personal Finance, one of the UK’s fastest growing financial services businesses.  This was the largest office letting in Edinburgh of that year.
  • Achieved an excellent rental of £25 per sq ft in challenging market conditions.

220 St Vincent Street

2,365 sq m refurbished office building
Client: ING Real Estate
  • Advised on the specification for the comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
  • Marketed the space during the refurbishment and when it was complete.
  • Secured lettings to Cigna Life Insurance, Hiscox Insurance and Towry Law.
  • Sold the building to Protego for £6 million.
  • Retained to market the final available floor and act as property managers.

 

Aurora
Property: Aurora, Glasgow
New Grade A office development of 16,450 sq m
Client: Commercial Estates Group
  • Acquired the existing investment on behalf of Commercial Estates Group.
  • Negotiated a lease surrender to secure vacant possession.
  • Provided development consultancy advice throughout the development period from the initial acquisition.
  • Ran a high profile pre-completion and post-completion marketing campaign which secured lettings to Barclays Bank plc, Burness LLP and Knight Frank.
  • Act as property managers of the building.

City House
Property: City House, Leeds
10,870 sq m office development in the city centre
Client: Kenmore
  • Advised Kenmore on the acquisition of the building for £14.6 million. The property is let to the Highways Agency and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
  • Retained by Kenmore to act as the joint letting agent for the refurbished space. Once completed it will be one of the largest office buildings in Leeds.
