- Advised Kenmore on the acquisition of the building for £14.6 million. The property is let to the Highways Agency and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
- Retained by Kenmore to act as the joint letting agent for the refurbished space. Once completed it will be one of the largest office buildings in Leeds.
