• Appointed as property managers to the investment portfolio and provide day-to-day management advice.
• Undertake asset management service to generate rental income including rent reviews, lease renewals, the letting of vacant space and lease re-gears. The portfolio covers a broad mix of retail and industrial properties across the city.

 

Property:	Scott Properties Portfolio, Stirling Purchase of 56 units across five properties
Client:	Scott Properties

• Offered property consultancy advice including management, agency and rent review services following the client’s purchase of Fasco.
• Collected rent, insurance and service charges for the 56 units.
• Tendered contracts for the maintenance of the sites.
• Advised the client of their statutory obligations under the leases.
• Marketing three of the industrial units and one of the office suites.
• Provide a rolling programme of rent reviews across the portfolio and advise on lease renewals for the units and on the tenants’ alterations.

Property:	Clifton Moor, York 38,738 sq m industrial, trade counter and office property portfolio
Client:	Cornerstone

• Inherited ongoing lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews and insurance claims following Cornerstone’s acquisition of the portfolio and resolved all issues.
• Set up and manage rent and service charge to ensure rent is collected in accordance with the client’s credit control policy.
• Introduced a cohesive holistic report across all disciplines which greatly assists the asset management role of the client.

Property:	Property Portfolio, Yorkshire Portfolio of 14 retail and office properties
Client:	Kingston Unity Friendly Society

• Appointed to manage a portfolio of 11 retail units and three office properties totalling c. 4,088 sq m and including prime high street locations in Beverley, Harrogate and York.
• Provide strategic real estate advice and assist with acquisitions and disposals.
• Provide valuation advice.

• Assisted with the purchase of a 209 sq m property in Wakefield to act as a headquarters building.

• Undertook an extensive fit-out of the new property and let the previous office.

 

Property:	Property Portfolio, North West & Yorkshire 74 units totalling 44,686 sq m
Client:	Protego Real Estate Investors

• Advised on property and management issues prior to Protego’s acquisition of six further industrial estates.
• Implemented an improvement of security on the estates and started handling the recharging to tenants of utilities.
• Advised on new strategic plans for the sites which resulted in increased occupancy levels and rental levels.
