For Lesuretec Limited, Ryden has bought a prime high street retail investment in Dunfermline for £4.1million representing a net initial yield of 6.24%.

115-119 High Street Dunfermline sits opposite Kingsgate Shopping Centre.  Its tenants Next, River Island and Stephens the Bakers will bring in a total passing rent of £270,350 per annum for Lesuretec.
