Development Due to Start at Chase Park

In April, development will begin on 11 out of town office buildings on a 1.3 acres site at Ebor Court in Chase Park, Redhouse Interchange, Doncaster.  Agent Ryden has already confirmed strong interest in the units with one about to go under offer within days.

Developer Wilton Developments Ltd, with Ryden acting, will market the 1,500-3,700 sq ft units on a sale or lease basis.  They are being built to meet demand from the local occupier market.

Redhouse Interchange is a mixed use location based in the north west of Doncaster.  Occupiers include B&Q, Asda, NuTool.  Ramada has just sealed a deal to build a hotel and conference centre just opposite the Ebor Court scheme.
