Stewart Melville College’s refurbishment progresses

Acting on behalf of Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools, Ryden has negotiated the off-market purchase of an office building immediately adjacent to Stewart’s Melville College for £2.25 million.
The property, known as Queensway House, is located at 1 Queensferry Terrace, Edinburgh and is a modern open plan office building of 906 sq m with 21 parking spaces. It has been purchased by the school to enable refurbishment plans to proceed elsewhere on the campus.
The private vendors were clients of Jones Lang LaSalle.
