SimplyFixIT to open on Raeburn Place, Edinburgh

On behalf of the landlord, Ryden has concluded the letting of 22 Raeburn Place, Edinburgh to SimplyFixIT on a new 20 year full repairing and insuring lease.
The computer repair company has taken the 624 sq ft former DollyLeo Apothecary shop at a rent of £13,000 per annum and joins nearby occupiers including Scotmid, Semi-Chem, Hectors and the Stockbridge Tap.
Will Biggart, surveyor at Ryden, said: “Raeburn Place is situated between the bustling Stockbridge and Comely Bank neighbourhoods and is a popular choice for niche retailers therefore I’m sure SimplyFixIT will trade well from this location. We currently have two other retail units in the area on the market for which we are experiencing a high level of demand for.”
SimplyFixIT was founded in Edinburgh in 1996. Since then it has grown to five stores around the city, with more planned.
