
Dingbro Ltd takes double unit at Easter Inch Park

On behalf of Paradigm Real Estate Managers Ltd, Ryden is pleased to announce the letting of Unit 2A and 2B at Easter Inch Park in Bathgate to Dingbro Ltd.
Dingbro, Scotland’s largest independent motor factoring group, has taken the adjoining units extending to 1,394 sq m (15,000 sq ft) on a long term lease. Over the next few months the firm will commence extensive fit out works at the units.
Dingbro joins existing tenants including City Electrical Factors, Sciprint and Lothian Fleet Services Ltd at Easter Inch Park.
Following this latest deal, one single unit of 189 sq m (2,000 sq ft) and four adjoining units, available as one unit of 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) or separate units of 465 sq m (5,000 sq ft), remain available. The space is suitable for business use, general manufacturing, trade and storage and distribution. Flexible lease terms are available.
