Talisman House acquired

Danish Fund Manager, Danmerc Ltd (part of the Cording Group), has acquired Talisman House, Aberdeen on behalf of Britannia A/S.
Talisman House was sold by Norwood (Manchester) LLP (in Administration) to Britannia A/S for around £26.5m.
The iconic 96,200 sq ft Grade A office attracted a healthy level of interest in the marketplace. It is leased to Talisman Energy UK Ltd until December 2025 at an annual rent of £2m, with fixed uplifts every five years.
Lars Sindberg of Danmerc said: "Our client had been looking to invest in an Aberdeen property for several years in order to take advantage of the strong economy, and they are delighted to have secured Talisman House, which is one of the city's most prominent and striking office buildings."
Ryden and MP2 LLP advised the purchaser, whilst Drivers Jonas Deloitte represented the vendor.
