
Strong demand anticipated for last two units at City Park Industrial Estate

Ryden has been instructed by Bankhead Estates to market the two remaining units at the highly successful City Park Industrial Estate in Glasgow. Both units, which have been fully refurbished, extend to 5,000 sq ft and are available to purchase at £300,000 or to lease at £5 per sq ft.
Alan Gilkison, partner at Ryden, said: “Supply of 5,000 sq ft within the city boundary is very limited and, despite a steady level of demand for this size of unit, there has been little new development in recent years to alleviate the pressure. City Park extends to a total of 49,235 sq ft and is bounded by the M8 to the North and Alexandra Parade to the South.
