High interest sees closing date set for former Moben showroom at Morningside

Ryden, acting on behalf of landlord Peatallan, has confirmed that due to considerable interest being shown in the former Moben, Sharps and Dophin showroom at 10-14 Morningside Road, Edinburgh a closing date for offers has been set for 12 noon Wednesday 28 September.
The 3,435 sq ft retail unit was placed on the market following the administration of Homeform, the parent company of the three brands. The property is situated on a prominent site at the busy junction of Morningside Road and Comiston Road, otherwise known as Holy Corner. Occupiers nearby include Tesco Metro, Starbucks, Charlie Miller Hair and Luca Ice-cream.
Rental offers in the region of £40,000 per annum are being sought.
