Ryden welcomes new surveyor in Leeds office

Richard Standeven has joined Ryden’s Property Management group in Leeds.
Most recently, Richard worked with Barnsley Council as a student surveyor after graduating last year from Sheffield Hallam University with a first class BSc Hons degree in Property Development and Real Estate.
Richard will work alongside associate Sue Wharton and Sonia Johnson, portfolio administrator. On recruiting her new team member, Sue said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Richard to the firm and will put his local knowledge and skills to good use to help develop Ryden’s business in Yorkshire.”
Also joining the team in Leeds is placement student Dan Smith who will be based in the Building Consultancy group.
