Ryden strengthens Aberdeen team with additional appointments
18 January 2011
Bucking the national trend, Ryden has appointed two additional surveyors to strengthen its Aberdeen team and reinforce the firm’s market leading position in the city, following a very successful year in 2010.
Ross Murray, a qualified building surveyor, joins the Building Consultancy team. He has previously worked at Aberdeenshire Council and Atholls and brings over seven years’ of broad ranging experience in undertaking building surveys, project management, health and safety works, dilapidations, Schedules of Condition and general building services.
Also joining the team is John McHardy, a qualified commercial surveyor, who specialises in Agency and Investment business. Prior to joining Ryden, John worked with Graham and Sibbald in Aberdeen for over four years where he gained considerable agency experience and worked with major clients such as Knight Property Group, West Coast Estates and Hansteen plc.
Bill Duguid, regional managing partner, said: “We are pleased to have added two very able young professionals to our existing strong team. We have been fortunate that the last three years have been remarkably successful. We have assisted a wide range of clients through some fairly testing but interesting times and we are very optimistic about the future for the property sector in this area. Our aim is always to deliver the highest standard of advice to clients and to do that you need good people.”
