Ryden’s Shred-It deal

On behalf of Caledonian Property, Ryden and Sanders Cartwright have let 18 Marlow Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow to confidential paper and waste disposal specialists Shred-It.
The warehouse extends 7,500 sq ft and was let on the basis of a new 20-year FRI lease at a rent of £36,000 per annum.Shred-It is relocating from its existing base in East Kilbride and joins nearby occupiers including Trespass, Smurfit and A S Neil.
Gregor Harvie, senior surveyor, at Ryden said: “Kinning Park is an excellent location with easy access to the M8 and the City Centre. The M74 Extension, due for completion in June, joins the M8 close to the property therefore further enhancing the unit’s location.”
