Ryden puts York restaurant on the menu

On behalf of a private client, Ryden has acquired the freehold interest in the Italian restaurant Zizzi at
2 Lendal in York. The purchase price was £1,172,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 5.85%.
The property is split over two floors and is let to Ask Restaurants Limited for a term of 23 years at a passing rent of rent of £72,500 per annum.
