Ryden “engineers” deal at York Place

Ryden has signed up one of the leading providers of innovative security, software Escrow and functional testing services, NCC Group, at 37 York Place, Edinburgh on behalf of landlord RJ O’Donnell Ltd.
NCC Group has taken ground and first floor accommodation, totalling 1,815 sq ft, plus three car parking spaces on a five-year FRI lease.
Iain Taylor, associate at Ryden, commented: “The high quality refurbishment undertaken by our client coupled with their hands-on, flexible approach to the negotiation of the lease terms was the key to securing this high quality tenant, despite the current challenging climate.”
